Retained to lead-manage the concept creation, messaging, style, tone, events production and logistics components of the largest internal executive communications programme ever undertaken by the Group at the time. Involving a group-wide culture change that required the communication of all aspects of strategy and transformation plans to 25,000 employees. The programme was recognised as being one of the top 3 internal drivers of value-creation, internally, across the Group.
